Introduction
iADE is the largest conference organized by the Innovative Academy of Aesthetic Dermatology. Each edition brings together the best practicing physicians, regularly sells out, and serves as a benchmark for the aesthetic medicine community in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
iADE 2026 is the seventh edition of an event that combines the highest level of expertise with a practical, doctor-to-doctor approach. It is here that clinical experience, trends in development, and real-world clinic needs converge.
This is a landmark edition—for the first time, it has been so significantly expanded to include new formats, zones, and thematic tracks that address real changes in doctors’ daily work.
June 12–14, 2026 | Sopot

Be the iADEst
iADE represents a standard, not a passing trend. It is a congress for physicians who want to practice medicine in a conscious, predictable manner, in accordance with evidence-based best clinical practices.
The 2026 edition focuses on the aesthetic medicine of the future—one that addresses:
- the changing patient profile,
- the growing role of hormones and metabolism,
- new approaches to body therapy,
- the dynamic growth of the male segment,
- the need for the highest standards of safety and quality.

Who is the iADE conference for?
For dermatologists and aesthetic medicine practitioners who:
- expect a conference of the highest caliber,
- want to base their practice on practical solutions,
- are looking for the latest trends for 2026 and beyond,
- view aesthetics as a fully-fledged field of medicine.

iADE = clinical practice
iADE features:
- sessions led by practicing clinicians,
- workshops and procedure demonstrations in engaging formats not found at other events,
- step-by-step discussions of treatment decisions,
- procedures that can be directly applied to practice.

iADE 2026 Program Updates
Hormone Sessions – Real-World Patient Cases 2026
A new, clearly defined program section.
At iADE 2026:
- the impact of hormones on the skin and tissues,
- perimenopausal patients,
- patients following rapid weight loss,
- planning treatments in the context of metabolism and hormonal balance.
Sessions conducted from a clinical practice perspective, not theory.
Perfect Body 2026
The body is becoming one of the key areas of aesthetic medicine.
The new Perfect Body track includes:
- the best body treatments and technologies,
- addressing skin laxity and quality,
- combined therapies,
- treatment planning over time.
Men’s Session
The men’s segment requires separate protocols and a different approach.
iADE 2026 is developing a dedicated men’s session:
- anatomical and hormonal differences,
- effective treatment strategies,
- realistic expectations of male patients.

High-Energy Technologies and Lasers
High-energy technologies and lasers represent one of the key areas of development in aesthetic medicine today. iADE 2026 clearly highlights this track as a separate, specialized program block.
Session focus:
- current global clinical protocols,
- safety when working with high energies,
- selecting parameters based on the patient, not the device,
- treatment planning and sequential protocols.
How do we work?
- specific clinical cases,
- step-by-step therapeutic decisions,
- practical application of technology in the clinic.
The sessions are led by leading practitioners who work daily with high-energy technologies and implement current international standards.
For physicians who want to understand the direction of technological development and work according to 2026+ standards.

iADE 2026 Special Zones
White Room
Clinical practice in conditions similar to those of a procedure room
The White Room is one of the most recognizable and highly regarded spaces at iADE 2025.
We maintain a format focused on the practical transfer of clinical knowledge—directly from an expert.
In the injection theater format, participants have the opportunity to:
- observe procedures performed live,
- follow treatment techniques step by step,
- analyze clinical decisions made in real time,
- understand the sequence, safety, and limitations of procedures.
The White Room combines the highest level of expertise with an experience “close to the procedure room.”

Energy Power Lab
Technological innovations and teamwork in practice
Energy Power Lab is a new space at iADE 2026, designed to showcase the latest equipment and provide hands-on experience with technologies used in aesthetic medicine.
It is a place where:
- the latest devices and technological solutions are presented,
- their potential applications in daily practice are discussed,
- doctors observe how to work with the technology in small groups,
- and meetings foster concentration and dialogue.
Power Lab is not a traditional lecture hall or exhibition area.
It is a team workspace (team lab) where understanding the technology matters, not its demonstration in a large, impersonal setting.

Intimate lectures and presentations via headphones
An integral part of Power Lab will be short lectures and presentations delivered via a headphone system, designed for small groups of participants.
This format allows for:
- full focus on the topic at hand,
- direct contact with the presenter,
- asking questions and clarifying details,
- comfortable participation without the noise of the conference hall.
Power Lab is designed for physicians who want to learn about new technologies in a structured, calm, and practical way, without pressure or sensory overload.

iADE Young Talent Incubator
A mentoring program for the next generation of physicians
The Young Talent Incubator is an iADE initiative aimed at physicians early in their careers who wish to develop their skills based on sound clinical knowledge and informed therapeutic decision-making.
The program takes the form of an open educational space where young doctors:
- present their own clinical cases,
- learn to justify therapeutic decisions,
- receive substantive feedback from experienced mentors,
- observe the clinical reasoning process of experts.
The goal of the Incubator is to develop clinical competence, responsibility, and professional maturity—the foundations of a long career in aesthetic medicine. At iADE 2026, the Young Talent Incubator returns in a new, mentorship-based format.
iADE’s Gold Standards – A Benchmark
Doctors come to iADE in Sopot for the gold standards, motivated to work at the highest level: to understand trends, but to build results on quality, safety, and a long-term treatment strategy. iADE promotes aesthetics based on modern clinical thinking—not on repetitive patterns and fleeting fads.
Complications – an inherent part of clinical practice
Complications are part of the daily work of every doctor performing aesthetic procedures. The safety of practice is determined not by their absence, but by the ability to anticipate, recognize early, and manage them appropriately.
Why are complication sessions among the most popular at iADE?
- They discuss real clinical cases,
- demonstrate therapeutic decisions step by step,
- and focus on the final outcome, resolution of the complication, and continued care for the patient’s aesthetics.
These sessions are for physicians who want to work consciously, systematically, and in accordance with evidence-based best clinical practice.
Lips, facial contouring, and treatment planning
Lip treatments remain one of the most frequently performed procedures in aesthetic medicine—and at the same time one of the most demanding. It is an area where trends change rapidly, patient expectations are rising, and the margin for error is small!
At iADE 2026, sessions dedicated to lip and facial contouring demonstrate how today’s leading practitioners work—from classic techniques to modern approaches that reflect current aesthetic trends.
What does this track cover?
Lip modeling sessions focus on clinical practice and decision-making:
- current techniques,
- anatomy and function—what realistically limits and protects,
- facial proportions and aging processes (context, not an “isolated procedure”),
- step-by-step planning,
- procedural boundaries and situations where you must say “no.”
The topics of lips and facial modeling also take center stage in the White Room. In the injection theater format, participants can:
- observe procedures performed live,
- follow techniques step by step,
- analyze experts’ clinical decisions in real time,
- see different approaches to the same patient issues.
Sopot and the venue

iADE 2026 will take place in Sopot—a Baltic Sea resort that has long provided the event with its unique atmosphere.

As in previous years, the conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, the largest conference center in the Tri-City.
The combination of high-class conference facilities and a seaside setting fosters concentration, conversation, and the exchange of experiences even outside the lecture halls.
