iADE Academy is an interdisciplinary educational platform for doctors specializing in aesthetic medicine and related fields. It was created to meet the needs for a space that integrates science, clinical experience, and practical implementation tools—based on Evidence-Based Medicine and the real challenges in working with patients. iADE brings together practitioner physicians, scientists, and leaders of the aesthetic industry with a shared objective: to redefine modern aesthetic medicine.

We aspire to advance modern aesthetic medicine that goes beyond the outcome of a procedure—it starts with understanding the processes of aging, metabolic, hormonal, and psychosomatic changes. At the heart of iADE’s initiatives is the patient—followed closely by the doctor, who acts strategically.
iADE Projects: Knowledge in Various Formats
- iADE Congress – A unique interdisciplinary event in Central Europe dedicated to dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Every year in Sopot, it brings together over 1,700 participants and nearly 200 speakers from Poland and abroad. The program combines advanced science, clinical practice, and interdisciplinary disciplinary collaboration. The participants come back not only for knowledge but for the energy of the community that meets in Sopot—filling lecture halls to the very last seat.
- iADE Longevity – An implementation-focused conference dedicated to managing complex patients: those undergoing GLP-1 therapy, in menopause, after rapid weight loss, or with chronic diseases. Knowledge is translated into strategy and provided to physicians in a form of implementation protocols and algorithms.
- iADE Toxins – A specialized educational project focused on modern and safe use of botulinum toxins, with emphasis on precision, planning, and therapeutic outcomes.
- Young Talents Incubator – A development program for doctors up to 35 years of age , supporting the next generation of aesthetic medicine leaders. We give them a space to grow and tools that truly shape their professional future.

iADE is a community of doctors who refuse to stand still and “do things the way they’ve always been done”, who want to understand more—about the patient, the aging process, and the complexity of hormones, metabolism, and psychophysiology. iADE is a space for those are not afraid to ask difficult questions and who expect clear, clinically proven, and ready-to-use answers.
That is why our projects bring together doctors from diverse specialties: dermatologists, surgeons, gynecologists, endocrinologists, dentists, dietitians, physiotherapists—united by a common objective: raising the standards of knowledge-based aesthetics.
